I have enjoyed modifying and upgrading firearms since my early teens but never really felt the need to do more than tune the triggers on my 10/22s. Buy a nicer grade rifle, torque the screws, bed the barrel then tune the trigger and done. I had European turn bolt rimfires for precision work till finally did a major upgrade to one of my 10/22s which lead to my first build and now I am addicted to spending enough on parts to build a single rimfire as would cost to buy three off the rack centerfire rifles ready to shoot. Building a rimfire that shoots ten shot groups under one MOA with ease has become addicting and combined with building Form 1 suppressors for my tiny toys has made it more addicting. Have much more to add and expect this page to grow but currently working on over a dozen firearms websites.

TUNINING 10-22 TRIGGERS IS A PASSION FOR ME
Due to cost of aftermarket triggers I am pretty much relegated to tuning or doing complete assembly hand fitting every part to get the trigger quality I need at a [rice I can afford. Owning a Power Custom Hammer & Sear Jig along with holding fixtures and hammer to sear fiting plates for all triggers I work on gives me the ability to keep everything perfectly square (amazing how out of square many factory triggers are) then adding years of experience along with large selection of parts I can rebuild a factory 10-22 trigger to as little as eighteen crisp ounces but generally build a factory trigger to around 2.25 to 2.75 pounds based on my goals for rifle it will land. I tune trigger packs for people who want a better trigger without paying $200 to $350 but unless I knnow some information about the shooter generally limit my trigger tunes to the three pound range and consider 3.25 pound pull to be almost the perfect trigger for most shooting off the bench or pests from a general purpose rifle. I have a basic tune up for $50.00 to my better tune at $99.00 and prices in between based on customer request and parts required to reach goals. I generally do not build sub three pound triggers for anyone but people I know but if your building on a custom receiver, $300.00 barrel and that additional $300 for a custom trigger is a budget breaker I may can work with you. Suprisingly its often easier to build a polymener tripper housing than a aluminum due to the natural lubricity of the polymer and eleminates a lot of polishing of the internals of an aluminum housing. I have a couple of friends that drop Kidd triggers in all of their builds or upgrades and I can highly reccomend you buy a Kidd if budget is not an issue.
