TWILIGHT CRITERIUM
The men's race did not start until 10:00 p.m. The heaviest of the rain had passed but there were still a few light sprinkles that continued through most of this event. The rain did stop before the finish but the roads remained very wet. There was much fanfare as the racers were introduced.
