In addition to gretting members and guests as enter the facility well trained Greeters can be the difference in a potential threat getting into the building unnoticed. In most churches have worked Security Teams tend to be mostly male and Greeters seem to be mixed male and female. While in the United States profiling is illegal for certified law enforcement along with TSA and other govenment employed and paid professional security employees the cornerstone of Israeli Airport and other high proile security checkpoints is profiling along with use of females. Females for several reasons seem to catch things men do not such as less distractions by pretty women in short skirts (we have to be real folks) and thier sixth sense we believe is a gift from God. the Bible says God made woman to be a help mate for males, males to honor their mother/father and for men to take the counsil frome thier wives. We suggest pairing males and females on your Greeter Teams and be as careful to train the women to look for potential theats and how to inform Security Team as well as their men.
