Rifle is a Bula Defense Systems XM21 with all Bula parts including trigger group, gas cylinder, stamped spring guide, except for SEI Vortex muzzle brake using Bula 22" medium weight National Match barrel and Hawk's kit. Original stock is a presentation grade walnut from Fred's. Action is now bedded in MacMillian M3A stock stock. Original scope is a Leupold MK 4 3.5-10x mounted with MK 4 rings but sports a Leupold MK 4 16x fixed on ARMs #22 quick detatch rings by bottom of page. MacMillian M3A stock was purchased on discussion forum and had been previously bedded to another action so gently routed clearance for the XM21. It's a shoe horn fit right now but if a skim of bedding might be needed it is on standby. So far she is doing a nice .75 moa for 10 rnds at 100.
BULA DEFENSE SYSTEMS XM21
Ran 50 rounds of MEN 94 and 20 rnds of handloads without a single burp. Target is 10 rnds of 136 gr fb at 100 yds with range flags moving from 3 oclock 10 to 90 degs. Will be happy with 2" horizontal and 1" vertical for her first time on my range. Adding unitized gas cylinder and National Match type spring guide is first on the agenda. That should help with the horizontal stringing on a calm day. Walnut hand guard did get warm, but no smoke.

BULA DEFENSE SYSTEMS XM21 SUPPRESSED
Been experimenting with the Bula Defense Systems XM21 and Leupold MK 4 16x fixed on ARMs #22 quick detatch rings. Harris bipod is attached to the MacMillan button mount. Have noticed no change in function or POI with or without suppressor which is an OSS HX-QD 338 Magnum Ti Suppressor. Ammo 150 gn Berger fb over 41.5 gn of IMR-8208 XBR. This rifle is very happy with sub moa 10 rnd groups at 100 yds. (all load data is for informational purpaoses only, do your own research before replicating)
