Following the M14

Tribute and clone rifles have become extremely popular. This page is going to be the start of our area for M14 tribute rifles. Most are nothng more than a quality built M14 with a theme to suit a particular idea. Whether its a military tribute or even comment on political views you can customize a rifle to suit your personal tastes ofr beliefs. Now for the enjoyable part. A tad of resin on the barrel vise and it's ready to clamp in the barrel. A bit of painter's tape on the receiver to prevent marring. Install receiver wrench and torque on the barrel using Badger Ord gauge and electronic level to get her within 1/10 of a degree on indexing.

Bula Defense Systems M14 DMR

NOTICE THE "LETS GO BRANDON" BUILD IS TOP REAR

While building the tribute rifle decided a pair would be just the ticket once I hit on a theme pulled Rock-Ola DMR #514 and Bula DMR #1600. Bula bolt, Bula NM 18.5" barrel, USGI trigger group, op rod, flash hider, gas system and rear sights are USGI Winchester M1 with the telltale rough machining they were noted for. And of course one of Hawk's fine kits.. Both have 19.5" Bula National Match barrels and assortment of parts. Running out of spare scopes. Used a Leupold 2-7x on one and SWFA SS 10x 42mm with 30mm tube and TPS rings on the "Lets Go Brandon" theme rifle.

KUBOTA TRACTOR TRIBUTE ON FULL WINCHESTER PARTS GROUP

The Kubota orange M14 is all Winchester, or as many parts as can be easily identified as genuine Winny. JRA/Winchester heeled receiver, Winny bolt, barrel and trigger group. Did use a pro mag copy of the ARMS split optic mount. Why an orange M14??? Ask your wife why she matches her shoes and purse, if your out working in the field your rifle needs to match you tractor.

CATERPILLAR YELLOW BULA M14

The Caterpillar yellow M14 was a one day build so don't beat us up on a few small paint chips. Complwring a start to finish M14 without comprimising on any function or build quality in under 24 hours means a fast dry rattle can paint job but what Caterpillar tractor doesn't have a few dings. The CAT yellow M14 is an all Bula build with standard weight barrel. Installed a Sadlak optic mount on this one for the moment so can get a scope mounted for function testing when weather allows. Heavy MBR for your heavy machinery, look for more infromation on the Ford blue, Massey-Ferguson red and John Deere green M14s coming soon.
