CHICKEN LITTLE "THE HOUSE BIRD"

      Chicken little is used to living in the house.  He/she, I ain't figured out if its a boy or girl chicken yet, has its own cage and we let it out a few times a day for exercise and a little fun.  I don't even know what kind of chicken it is yet.  I never thought a chicken could have so much personality but this chicken is more people than sandwich potential.  We occasionally call Chicken Little a more appropriate name of Chicken Medium now but the full time name of Little will probably stick.

    Sometimes I joke with the chicken and call it Chicken Sandwich.  The chicken doesn't seem to care what I call it.  It just knows that I am its Momma and treats me as such.  How did a ugly mug like me end up the mother of a chicken?  I guess Jeff Foxworthy has a new redneck joke.  You might be a redneck if you raise chickens in your house.
