Cordillera Negro, Peru

     The Cordillera Negro region of Peru is one of the wildest mountain bike areas I have found.  Imagine more 4,000 ft. down hill runs than you can count and more cross country than can be covered in a lifetime.  Remember the dogs here are different than in the U.S.A.  When they begin to chase you, just stop and they will stop, then pedal slowly away,  If you try to out run them they will chase you until something happens.
