CUSTOM BANNERS

   While every storefront sign vendor sells banners there are distinct differences in materials many use. In todays age 90% of banners are printed direct from inkjet onto material and inkjets have a limit on thickness of material. Most will not run banners with factory sewn seams and grommets, many shops just use a hand tool to add grommets, others fold a seam using double sided "hem tape" then add grommets. 70% of inkjets are limited to 10 ounce material and the better ones top out at 13 ounce which is a measurement of how much each square foot of material weighs. The higher the number, the thicker it is and longer it lasts especially in heavy winds. We stock 14 ounce material that has double sewn seams and double grommets to secure them. For larger banners we order 16 to 20 ounce custom sewn, shipped overnight in a wide choice of colors, all four sides hemmed with reinforced corners ensuring a durable banner even in jumbo sizes.
