OFF PREMISES DIRECTIONAL
Off premises directional are a must if your development is not on a major road or highway. Placing signs at closest major corners can direct prospective clients to you. They may be heading where their agent has an exclusive contract, unaware your subdivision is much closer to their work or preferred school zone. A small plastic sign placed over the weekend cannot compete with a nice professional off premise directional that stays in place until sold out. Often we can help you work with property owners to secure corners of importance.
