The big boys are fixing to start rolling in and the finishing order is going to a bit of a surprise. The rain is increasing every minute. Lance has now launched on the course and his split times are not looking good. Starting in such a downpour has to be affecting his performance. My guess is that he doesn't want to wreck and injure himself this close to Le Tour de France. Going down in a race like this would be dumb.
